In this section, you can find out how delivery works and what to expect from our postage and packaging.
Our partner pharmacy usually delivers within 1-3 days. Your weight loss medication is transported at the correct temperature to ensure its safety and effectiveness. Medication that requires refrigeration, such as Saxenda and Wegovy, is therefore delivered via refrigerated transport.
Please note: pharmacies often only dispatch refrigerated products from Monday to Wednesday. This helps to ensure your order arrives on time and correctly chilled.
The products are sent in discreet packaging. The contents are not visible from the outside.
Here you will find information on use, building up the dosage, and what to do if you miss a dose.
Usually, you increase the dose gradually. This gives your body time to adjust, reducing the risk of side effects.
Always follow the instructions from your healthcare professional and the patient information leaflet for the correct dosage and how to build up the dose.
Wegovy
Missed a dose? Take it as soon as possible, within 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and continue with your usual schedule. You can also inject on your original scheduled day and then resume your weekly schedule.
Saxenda
If it has been more than 12 hours since your dose was due, skip the missed dose and take the next one at the usual time. There is no need to take a double dose.
Mounjaro
You can still take Mounjaro within 4 days. After this, continue with your schedule as usual. If it has been more than 4 days, skip the missed dose and take the next dose as scheduled.
Thinking of stopping your weight loss medication? Don't stop suddenly; instead, consult your doctor about a tapering schedule. If you stop all at once, you may experience withdrawal symptoms.
Side effects can occur, particularly at the start. Below you can read what might be considered normal, and when to get in touch.
As with any medication, weight loss medication can cause side effects. These may occur when you first start treatment and might resolve over time.
If you are concerned, or if your symptoms persist, please contact your doctor via your account.
Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, reduced appetite, fatigue, dizziness, headache and hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar).
How quickly you notice results varies depending on the treatment and the individual. This is what you can generally expect.
This depends on the type of medicine. With Wegovy and some other medicines, many women experience faster weight loss in the first few months. This may be partly due to the period in which your body is adjusting to the medication.
It varies from person to person and depends on factors such as diet, exercise and metabolism. Try to maintain realistic expectations and give the process time. It can take a while before you see significant results.
To ensure your treatment continues, it's important to reorder in good time. Below you'll find practical guidelines and how to submit your request.
It's important to order in good time to ensure your treatment isn't interrupted.
Wegovy
For a one-month supply, we recommend reordering approximately 2.5 weeks before your current supply runs out. If you're ordering a 2-month supply, please reorder after approximately 7 weeks. We'll also send you email reminders.
Saxenda
For Saxenda, this depends on which stage of treatment you're in. On average:
Starting stage: the first pen will last for approximately 17 days.
Maintenance dose: a pen will last for approximately 5 days.
Pen 1: replace after 17 days (you will usually be on a dose of 1.8 mg).
Pen 2: replace after 8.5 days (you will then be on a dose of 2.4 mg).
Pen 3: maintenance dose of 3.0 mg; this pen will last for 6.5 days.
Thereafter: approximately 6 days per pen, as the maintenance dose has been reached.
In total, 4 pens will last you for just over 6 weeks.
Mounjaro
For Mounjaro, you will need a new pen every 4 weeks. Please request your new pen in good time, for example in week 3, to ensure your treatment is not interrupted.
You can do this easily via your account on our website. After logging in, you will find the prescription for your repeat medication. Select the correct dosage and quantity, add it to your basket and complete the checkout process.
During the ordering process, you will complete an online medical questionnaire. Once your payment has been received, your request will be sent to a doctor for review. Following approval, your order will be dispatched by our partner pharmacy and delivered to your specified address.
