This depends on your health insurance provider. We recommend you check with your own insurance company. Supplements are not usually covered.

Q: What is a consultation and how does it work?

During the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. You can also state your preferred type of treatment. Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Blissel?

Blissel is a vaginal gel containing the bio-identical hormone estriol. This hormone closely resembles the oestrogen naturally produced by your body. During menopause, oestrogen levels decline, which can result in symptoms such as recurrent thrush, urinary tract infections, vaginal dryness, or discharge. Blissel is a hormone therapy designed to relieve these symptoms by improving the health and elasticity of the vaginal lining. The gel works locally and is only available with a prescription.

Blissel is typically used daily at the start of treatment, with the frequency reduced as advised by your doctor. The package leaflet contains detailed information about this product. Make sure to read the leaflet before using the product.

For which symptoms should you use Blissel?

Recurrent thrush or urinary tract infections
Vaginal dryness

Blissel may also help with:

Vaginal discharge
Urinary incontinence

Do not use Blissel if you:

Are allergic to estriol or any other ingredients in the gel
Have unexplained vaginal bleeding
Have an untreated vaginal infection
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a severe liver condition

Inform your doctor who prescribes the medication if you are taking other medicines.

Possible side effects of Blissel

Common (affecting 1 to 10 out of 100 users):

Vaginal discharge, itching, or irritation

Uncommon (affecting 1 to 10 out of 1,000 users):

Pain or discomfort during application

Rare (affecting fewer than 1 out of 1,000 users):

Allergic reactions such as rash or swelling

In rare cases, these side effects can lead to serious symptoms, such as an allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips, or throat, or difficulty breathing. If this occurs, contact a doctor immediately.

Within 48 hours, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for the first 3 months, tailored to your symptoms, medical situation and treatment preferences. You'll then decide which products you wish to order, complete the ID check and make the payment.

Start your treatment
You will receive the products from the pharmacy at home within 3 days, enabling you to begin your treatment promptly. During the treatment, we will follow up with you, and you can also ask any questions via the chat.
