Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Clotrimazole?

Clotrimazole is a medication used to treat vaginal yeast infections (candida). During menopause, oestrogen levels decrease and fluctuate, making the vaginal mucosa more susceptible to fungal infections. Symptoms such as itching, redness, and irritation are common, sometimes accompanied by white, clumpy discharge. The cream contains clotrimazole, an antifungal agent that inhibits fungal growth, thereby alleviating symptoms. This medication is hormone-free.

What can you expect from Clotrimazole?

When should I use Clotrimazole?

You typically use the cream or tablet once a day, usually in the evening.
Insert the cream or tablet into the vagina using the applicator provided.
Use it for the prescribed duration, usually 3–6 consecutive days.

For which symptoms should you use Clotrimazole?

This medication is used for vaginal yeast infections with symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, burning, swelling in and around the vagina, and white, clumpy discharge.

Do not use Clotrimazole if you:

Are allergic to clotrimazole or other ingredients in the cream.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
Have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
Are using other vaginal products simultaneously without consulting your doctor.
Are hypersensitive to antifungal agents.

Inform your prescribing doctor if you are taking other medications, especially blood thinners.

Possible side effects of Clotrimazole

Common (in 1 to 10 out of 100 people):

Mild irritation
Burning sensation
Itching
Redness of the vagina or vulva

Uncommon (in 1 to 10 out of 1,000 people):

Skin rash
Swelling
Blisters

Rare (in fewer than 1 out of 1,000 people):

Allergic reactions, such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions

In rare cases, these reactions can lead to serious symptoms, such as breathing difficulties or severe swelling — always contact a doctor immediately in such cases.
