Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Minoxidil?

Minoxidil is a hormone-free lotion applied to the scalp. It can assist with thinning hair, a condition sometimes experienced by women during menopause. The lotion works by enhancing blood flow to the hair follicles, which may promote hair growth. It is specifically intended for women experiencing thinning hair on the crown or top of the head. This product is designed exclusively for use on the scalp and should not be applied to other parts of the body. The lotion is available by prescription only.

What can you expect from Minoxidil?

Minoxidil is a lotion or solution designed for application to the scalp. It works by stimulating the hair follicles, which can lead to an increase in hair volume. Initial results are typically visible after 2 to 4 months, although it may take up to 8 months to see the full effect. For optimal results, it is essential to use the lotion or solution daily. Discontinuing use may result in the loss of the achieved effect.

When should I use Minoxidil?

Minoxidil should be applied once or twice daily to a dry scalp. Use it directly on the areas where your hair is thinning. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, and damaged skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.

For which conditions should you use Minoxidil?

Do not use Minoxidil if you:

Are hypersensitive to minoxidil or any of the other ingredients.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Experience sudden or unexplained hair loss.
Have wounds, inflammation, or irritation on the scalp.

Inform your prescribing doctor if you are taking other medications.
