For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Balance Rhodiola Complex?

Balance Rhodiola Complex is a supplement that may help support fatigue and stress—common complaints during menopause due to fluctuating hormone levels and increased sensitivity to stimuli.*

The supplement contains a blend of plant extracts and nutrients designed to help maintain energy, resilience, and stress resistance.

How to use Balance Rhodiola Complex?

When should you not use Balance Rhodiola Complex?

If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 
If you have bipolar disorder.
Not for use by children under 10 years of age.

When should you take extra care?

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medication (particularly antidepressants and sleeping medication).
Take extra care if you are taking medicines that are broken down by the enzyme CYP2C9, as this supplement can inhibit that enzyme.
