Q: What is a consultation and how does it work?

During the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. You can also state your preferred type of treatment. Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Solgar® Ultimate Calm?

Ultimate Calm is a dietary supplement specifically formulated to support women during menopause by helping to maintain emotional balance and manage moments of stress.

It contains a blend of standardised ashwagandha extract (KSM-66) and saffron extract (Affron®), two ingredients recognised for their calming and mood-enhancing properties.*

How to use Ultimate Calm

When not to use Ultimate Calm

Do not use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Before or after an organ transplant (the supplement can activate the immune system), if you have severe liver disease or hyperthyroidism.

When to take extra care

The supplement can interact with radiotherapy or chemotherapy for cancer, sedatives and antidepressants.
It may lower blood pressure. People taking blood pressure medication should take this into account.
This supplement may lower your blood sugar level. People with diabetes should take this into account.
People taking thyroid hormones should be aware that Ultimate Calm may stimulate the thyroid gland.

Always speak to your doctor or specialist before using this product.

Possible side effects

Ultimate Calm is generally well tolerated. In some cases, ashwagandha may lower blood sugar levels, which could be relevant for individuals with diabetes or those taking blood glucose-lowering medication. Ashwagandha may also have a blood pressure-lowering effect. If you are taking blood pressure-lowering medication, consult your doctor or healthcare provider before using this supplement.

There are no known interactions when Ultimate Calm is used as per the recommended dosage.

Within 48 hours, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for the first 3 months, tailored to your symptoms, medical situation and treatment preferences. You'll then decide which products you wish to order, complete the ID check and make the payment.
Any questions? Just ask the doctor in the chat. We will save your recommendation for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to think it over.

Start your treatment
You will receive the products from the pharmacy at home within 3 days, enabling you to begin your treatment promptly. During the treatment, we will follow up with you, and you can also ask any questions via the chat.
