For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What are Solgar® Vitamin D-3 Softgels?

Vitamin D-3 softgels contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), a form of vitamin D that is easily absorbed by the body. During menopause, you may experience fatigue, low mood, or reduced bone strength. Many women require additional vitamin D during this stage of life, as the skin's ability to produce vitamin D diminishes with age and reduced exposure to sunlight.

Each softgel contains 10 µg (400 IU) of vitamin D3, which may contribute to:

Proper muscle function*
A normal immune system*

You may begin to notice effects after a few weeks of using this supplement, although the maximum benefit is typically achieved after approximately three months. Maintaining a balanced lifestyle can support your body in absorbing nutrients, enhancing the effectiveness of supplements.*

How to use Vitamin D-3 Softgels

When should you not take Vitamin D-3 softgels?

Do not take if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Do not take if you have high levels of phosphorus or calcium in your blood, calcium kidney stones, or hyperparathyroidism.

When should you be particularly cautious?

If you have sarcoidosis, or are taking calcium supplements, thiazide diuretics or synthetic vitamin D analogues, there is an increased risk of high calcium levels in the blood.
This supplement may reduce the concentration of medicines that are broken down by the CYP3A4 enzyme.

Always speak to your doctor or a specialist before taking this supplement.
