Q: What is a consultation and how does it work?

During the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. You can also state your preferred type of treatment. Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Estradiol?

Estradiol vaginal tablets contain estradiol, a bioidentical hormone similar to the oestrogen your body naturally produces. After menopause, oestrogen levels decrease, which can lead to vaginal dryness, itching, irritation, and pain during intercourse.

Because this medication works locally and has very low absorption into the bloodstream, it can be used whether or not you have a uterus. Since it acts only locally and barely enters the bloodstream, there is no need to use an additional hormone (such as progesterone).

What can you expect from Estradiol?

When should I use Estradiol?

The tablets are usually used daily during the first few weeks, and then often twice a week (follow your doctor’s schedule).
The tablet is inserted into the vagina.
This product is intended for vaginal use only.

What symptoms is Estradiol used for?

It is used for:

Vaginal dryness
Itching or irritation of the vagina
Pain during intercourse (dyspareunia)

It may also help with:

A burning or tight sensation in the vaginal wall

Do not use Estradiol if you:

Are hypersensitive to estradiol or any of the excipients
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have unexplained vaginal bleeding
Have an active liver disease
Have or have had a blood clot, such as deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
Suffer from porphyria

Possible side effects of Estradiol

Common (in 1 to 10 out of 100 users): vaginal discharge, itching, irritation, or discomfort in the vagina
Uncommon (in 1 to 10 out of 1,000 users): abdominal pain, vaginal yeast infection, headache
Rare (in fewer than 1 out of 1,000 users): hypersensitivity reactions, rash
Very rare: serious conditions such as thrombosis, breast cancer, or uterine cancer. Always contact a doctor immediately in these cases.

Start your treatment
You will receive the products from the pharmacy at home within 3 days, enabling you to begin your treatment promptly. During the treatment, we will follow up with you, and you can also ask any questions via the chat.
