This depends on your health insurance provider. We recommend you check with your own insurance company. Supplements are not usually covered.

Q: What is a consultation and how does it work?

During the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. You can also state your preferred type of treatment. Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Evra Patch Transdermal?

Evra is a contraceptive patch that releases small amounts of hormones daily through the skin. The patch contains two synthetic hormones:

Ethinylestradiol (a synthetic form of oestrogen)
Norelgestromin (a synthetic progestogen)

For women in perimenopause, when hormone levels fluctuate, Evra can help stabilise these fluctuations. This patch does not contain bioidentical hormones but can provide relief from menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, poor sleep, mood swings, or an irregular cycle as part of hormone therapy.

What can you expect from Evra Patch Transdermal?

When should I use Evra Patch Transdermal?

Apply the patch once a week
Use Evra for three consecutive weeks, after which you can either take a break or immediately apply a new patch
Apply to clean, dry skin on the abdomen, buttocks, upper arm, or torso
Avoid irritated or damaged skin

For which symptoms should you use Evra Patch Transdermal?

Primarily helps with:

Hot flushes / night sweats
Poor sleep and fatigue
Irregular menstruation
Vaginal dryness

Evra may also help with:

Mood swings
Irritability
Headaches around the menstrual cycle

Evra is particularly suitable for women who are still menstruating and experiencing menopausal symptoms. It is less suitable for those who are fully postmenopausal.

Do not use Evra Patch Transdermal if you:

Are hypersensitive to ethinylestradiol, norelgestromin, or excipients
Have previously had a blood clot, pulmonary embolism, heart attack, or stroke
Have an increased risk of thrombosis or cardiovascular disease
Have migraines with aura
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have severe liver disease
Have or have had a hormone-sensitive tumour (such as breast cancer)
Have unexplained vaginal bleeding
Are taking medications that may affect the efficacy of Evra (such as treatments for epilepsy, tuberculosis, or HIV – see leaflet)

Possible side effects of Evra Patch Transdermal

Common (in 1 in 10 to 1 in 100 users):

Headache
Nausea
Sensitive or tender breasts
Skin reactions at the patch site

Occasional (in 1 in 100 to 1 in 1,000 users):

Mood swings
Weight gain
Abdominal pain
Fatigue

Rare (in fewer than 1 in 1,000 users):

Thrombosis (blood clots in veins or lungs)
Severe allergic reaction

Serious but rare side effects: In rare cases, these side effects can lead to severe conditions, such as thrombosis or severe allergic reactions. Always contact the prescribing doctor immediately in such situations.

Get a treatment plan
Within 48 hours, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for the first 3 months, tailored to your symptoms, medical situation and treatment preferences. You'll then decide which products you wish to order, complete the ID check and make the payment.
Any questions? Just ask the doctor in the chat. We will save your recommendation for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to think it over.

Start your treatment
You will receive the products from the pharmacy at home within 3 days, enabling you to begin your treatment promptly. During the treatment, we will follow up with you, and you can also ask any questions via the chat.
