This depends on your health insurance provider. We recommend you check with your own insurance company. Supplements are not usually covered.

Q: What is a consultation and how does it work?

During the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. You can also state your preferred type of treatment. Based on your answers, a doctor will prepare a treatment plan for you within 48 hours. If you approve this plan, a pharmacy will dispatch the products to your home within 3 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partner pharmacies will dispatch your order within 3 days. You can then typically start your treatment straight away.

Q: Are there delivery charges?

For prescription medicines, delivery is included in the price. For over-the-counter products, there is a delivery charge of £ 4.21. We offer free delivery on orders over £4 0. If your order includes both, delivery is free.

Q: Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed . If you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Over-the-counter products can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched by the pharmacy. Prescription medicines can be cancelled if they have not yet been assessed by a doctor. Returns are only accepted for over-the-counter products in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of dispatch.

What is Nalvee?

Nalvee is a medication that contains the synthetic hormone dydrogesterone. It is used as part of hormone therapy during menopause, particularly for women who still have a uterus. The tablets are typically prescribed as a supplement to oestrogen hormone therapy for women with a uterus. It prevents the overgrowth of the uterine lining, which can lead to heavy menstruation, and helps maintain the health of the uterine lining. Hormone therapy with progesterone, often in combination with oestrogen, can improve sleep quality (including deep sleep) and reduce vasomotor symptoms, which indirectly contributes to better sleep. Nalvee does not contain bio-identical hormones but a synthetic progestogen. It is available by prescription only.

What can you expect from Nalvee?

When should I use Nalvee?

You use Nalvee daily, following the schedule prescribed by your doctor.
Nalvee is taken orally (by mouth), usually in combination with oestrogen tablets.
Only use it if you have a uterus and are undergoing oestrogen therapy.

For which symptoms is Nalvee used?

This medication is often prescribed in combination with oestrogen supplementation for women with a uterus.
It may help with poor sleep.

Do not use Nalvee if you:

Are hypersensitive to dydrogesterone or other ingredients in Nalvee.
Have a history of thrombosis (blood clots), liver disorders, or certain types of cancer (such as hormone-sensitive breast cancer or uterine cancer).
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Nalvee may interact with other medications, such as certain epilepsy drugs and antibiotics. Consult your prescribing doctor if you are taking other medications.
Nalvee usually does not affect your ability to react, but if you feel dizzy, you should avoid driving vehicles.

Possible side effects of Nalvee

Common (in 1 to 10 out of 100 people):

Headache
Abdominal pain
Nausea
Tender breasts
Irregular bleeding

Uncommon (in 1 to 10 out of 1,000 people):

Mood changes
Skin rash
Fluid retention

Rare (in fewer than 1 out of 1,000 people):

Severe allergic reactions
Liver problems
Thrombosis (blood clots)

In rare cases, these side effects can lead to serious symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, facial swelling, or sudden pain in the leg. Always contact a doctor immediately in such cases.

Start your treatment
