Elena Maescu is a general practitioner and an emergency doctor, with experience working on emergency ambulances. As part of the SeeMe-nopause team, she draws on her medical knowledge and experience to improve the well-being of menopausal women.
I have over 15 years of experience working in medicine. I use this experience to care for patients with a wide variety of conditions in an online setting.
This is Dr. Elena Maescu. She is a senior ED doctor and works on the ambulance, providing care in major medical and surgical emergencies, often for patients with multiple injuries.
Elena: “For me, online medicine is a new and challenging area for applying my knowledge. By giving online consultations and prescribing medication based on well-developed questionnaires, I feel that I can help patients faster and more efficiently. This ensures quick access to treatment and medical support if needed.”
All doctors agree that the online way of working is the most advantageous. I have gained over 15 years of practical experience in the field of emergency medicine. I can share this experience online, with patients with all kinds of medical problems as well as with younger colleagues.
In 2003, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Victor Babes in Timisoara and became a senior qualified general practitioner. In order to be able to work on the ambulance, she completed the Competence in Prehospital Emergencies course in 2011.
